- Greeting visitors.
- Answering client calls.
- Receiving and filing incoming documents.
- Associating documents with the proper client in the database.
- Drafting letters to brokers using relevant information.
- Distributing received faxes and documents to the appropriate department.
- Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks.
- Performing any other duties related to the position.

DEP in secretarial work or any other relevant program.Two to four years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position (an asset).Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with computers.Professional proficiency in French and English.Customer service experience (an asset).Desired profile
