Job description

Tasks

  • Greeting visitors.
  • Answering client calls.
  • Receiving and filing incoming documents.
  • Associating documents with the proper client in the database.
  • Drafting letters to brokers using relevant information.
  • Distributing received faxes and documents to the appropriate department.
  • Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks.
  • Performing any other duties related to the position.

  • DEP in secretarial work or any other relevant program.
  • Two to four years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position (an asset).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with computers.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Customer service experience (an asset).
