We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader/Supervisor to assist our Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations. As a successful candidate, you will ensure seamless customer service, food safety, and team management while adhering to Alberta Health and food standards regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations
- Resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive atmosphere with the team and guests
- Foster loyalty through personalized interactions
Operations
- Support the Manager in staff supervision, offering expert guidance and feedback
- Uphold Alberta Health's Food Safety Regulations, ensuring full compliance
- Maintain impeccable restaurant cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Collaborate with the Manager on inventory management, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
- Guarantee precise adherence to brand building standards, delivering high-quality products
Leadership
- Help train and develop team members
- Lead by example, promoting teamwork and excellence
- Implement company policies, procedures, and standards
