We are looking for a motivated, process and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our remote sales team. This role reports directly to the Corporate Sales Manager and plays a central role in qualifying leads, managing stock trailers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through plant tours, trailer walkarounds, and responsive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management : Qualify inbound leads, make proactive outbound sales calls, and generate opportunities with prospective and existing customers
Customer Engagement : Provide trailer walkarounds, host site tours, and manage all customer visits and walk-ins at our Leduc, AB manufacturing facility
Stock Trailer Management : Manage our inventory or heavy haul trailers
CRM Super User : Maintain accurate customer and account records, support data-driven decision making, and help improve sales processes
Dealer & Department Collaboration : Assist dealer management, support corporate sales initiatives, and collaborate with production, engineering, warranty, and other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
Marketing Support : Assist with campaigns, promotions, and outbound engagement to drive inquiries
