Responsibilities

Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution

Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

Design and provide solutions on PeopleSoft Architecture

Must have recent hands‑on experience with People Tools and PUM upgrades

Strong knowledge of Update / Change Assistant and hands‑on experience applying PeopleSoft maintenance and application / Tools upgrades and PUM

Setup, configure, and maintain all PeopleSoft application environments and accompanying Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices

Strong knowledge of integrations for PeopleSoft Inbound and Outbound Processes

Well versed in PeopleSoft Migration activities

Extensive experience working with People Tools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Security, Tree Manager, PS Query, Data Mover, Import Manager, Upgrade and Change Assistant in PeopleSoft applications

High level Oracle Database Administration &Configuring the Operating Systems to support PeopleSoft Oracle databases

Experience with Windows / Linux / AIX3 OS Server administration

Resolve application‑related vulnerability findings

Understanding in OS related activities like SFTP connectivity and support application‑specific tasks during OS / DB patching

Assist application team with infrastructure requirements

Qualifications

Strong technical background and proven experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle databases

Hands‑on experience with People Tools and PUM upgrades

Experience implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Inbound / Outbound processes

Oracle Database Administration skills and OS server administration (Windows / Linux / AIX)

Problem‑solving skills with a focus on security and vulnerability mitigation
