A mining technology company is seeking a Technical Services Analyst based in Vancouver, BC. This role involves providing Tier 1 support to clients, both remotely and on-site, and delivering training. Candidates should possess a diploma in a relevant field and have 3-5 years of user and admin support experience in enterprise software. The position requires strong technical skills, a valid driver’s license, and extensive travel. A competitive salary between CAD 80,000 and CAD 90,000 is offered based on qualifications.
