How You Will Make an Impact

The Residential Shift Supervisor will provide both the Case Manager and Rapid Mobile Case Manager (Diversion) employees with mentorship support and coordination related to shift responsibilities and individual client care plans. The Residential Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for :

• Onboarding orientation and training of new staff
• Providing leadership and support to frontline staff including debriefing facilitation conflict resolution and crisis intervention
• Provide ongoing mentorship and coordination to team members to support consistency and quality in all service provision.
• Provide insight and input as required to the performance evaluation process.
• Provide direct client service to program participants.
• Provide service in a dignified culturally safe and respectful manner that reflects the charism of Good Shepherd and which reflects an integrated anti-racism / anti-oppression feminist framework.
• Participate in team meetings and team decision making.
• Maintain records of service statistics client records and program records as directed.
• Identify trends gaps and emerging issues relevant to the experiences of program participants.
• To maintain the confidentiality policy of Good Shepherd Centers at all times.
• Be knowledgeable of all individual care plans including capacity and support needs.
• Observe all health and safety rules and work in compliance with the provisions of the occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations
