Schedule : Monday-Friday

Annual Compensation Range : $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 (Full-Time; based on experience; option to work under a variable pay model, including Fee for Service, is available)

What We’re Looking For :

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
• Assessing the client's physical, psychosocial, and / or cognitive functioning within the outpatient rehabilitation work setting.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning, to facilitate return to function and eventual return to work where appropriate.
• Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions with head injury or concussion management specialization is a strong asset.
• Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders promptly.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience supporting WorkSafeBC, Canadian Veterans, ICBC, long-term disability, and referrals is a plus.
• Passion for professional growth with a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Newly licensed OT graduates are welcome—we’re excited to help you grow!
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred but not required.
