Wage : $21.00 / hour

Shift Timings : 07 : 00 14 : 30 14 : 30 23 : 00

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with and enforce property standards rules and regulations in a professional and reasonable manner
• Utilize tact diplomacy and sound judgment while on duty
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide First Aid CPR or AED support until medical professionals arrive
• Maintain and enforce access control procedures
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of emergency response and standard operating procedures
• Address trespassers and unauthorized persons in a fair calm and safe manner
• Conduct regular patrols of the property on foot
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems
• Investigate incidents occurrences and suspicious activities
• Prepare detailed incident and occurrence reports and maintain accurate memo book entries
• Maintain the safety security and peace of patrons staff and clients
• De-escalate conflict emergency and crisis situations
• Assist emergency responders and law enforcement personnel as required
• Perform access control line management and customer service duties
• Support daily security and site operations as directed
