Our client is seeking a Production Manager (Main Line Manager – MLM) to join their Lethbridge Engine Center—home to the PT6 Center of Excellence and over 150 production team members. In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of production and service departments, leading supervisors across four shifts and driving results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You’ll play a hands-on role in daily operations, people leadership, and long-term strategy—contributing to one of the world’s most successful aircraft engine programs.

Position Summary :
Lead and coach a team of production supervisorsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policiesManage operational performance including quality, output, and deliveryMaintain a strong floor presence, mentoring teams and resolving challengesChampion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesSupport digital tool implementation and new product integrationOversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and production schedulingDrive a high-performance culture and employee engagementManage budgets and identify areas for cost savings and efficiencyFoster collaboration across departments to meet business goalsContribute to long-term operational strategy (1–5–10 years)Ensure fair, transparent labor relations and uphold company valuesRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of people leadership experience(or Master’s with 7+ years in a related field such as operations, manufacturing, or engineering)
