Shipping and Receiving Administrator

Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We’re searching for an organized and friendly Shipping and Receiving Administrator to join our team. The Shipping and Receiving Administrator duties include coordinating pick-ups and deliveries, working inbound cases into the technician's workflow and invoicing completed cases in preparation for delivery to dental offices.

Shipping and Receiving Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving physical inbound cases and creating work tickets
• Receiving digital cases from communication portals
• Packing outbound cases
• Invoicing cases
• Communicating with dental offices
• Answering phones

Shipping and Receiving Administrator Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma
• Dental terminology/knowledge is an asset
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Outstanding organizational abilities
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Certification in office administration is an asset
