Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support sales growth in an assigned geographic area to achieve financial targets for multiple P&L.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers, and provide troubleshooting assistance by phone or email.
- Perform operational activities such as account creation, item setup, and management of E-commerce platform orders.
- Provide presales support, handle customer inquiries, and prepare quotes.
- Coordinate all entities involved in pre-order booking support, order entry, and order management up to shipment and invoicing.
- Serve as the key contact for resolving financial issues, billing disputes, credit memos, collections, and payments.
- Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement affecting customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost control.
- Build customer satisfaction through outstanding relationships and communications.
- Work within predefined targets and metrics—KPI oriented.
Qualification / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited university or college.
- At least years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Extremely proficient with MS Office.
- Knowledge in SAP.
Desired Characteristics:
- Additional experience working in field activities, Sales Support, or Sales Force is preferred.
- Established analytical ability.
- Knowledge of French is an asset.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (Supply Chain Knowledge is an asset).
- Teamwork oriented and demonstrate a high level of initiative, problem-solving, information seeking, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
