Inside Sales Representative

Overview

S3 Wireform is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our office in Swift Current, SK . This is a full-time position starting immediately.

The ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.

Duties (include but are not limited to) :

• Generate Sales Quotes
• Process and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update existing orders as required
• Develop customer Delivery Schedules
• Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
• Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts
• Some travel may be required to meet with existing Customers
• Speak, listen and write in a clear and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
• Participate in Marketing and Production Meetings
