Job Description

The Policy Administration Squad team is constantly undertaking complex development initiatives within Insurance Technology. You will be a Sr. Software Developer within the INGENIUM development team, responsible for designing and implementing software solutions. The role involves coordination, development, communication, and execution to ensure objectives are accomplished on time and meet intents.

What will you do?

• Design and code application programs; perform testing for developed applications.
• Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing for large-scale systems.
• Ensure the operating efficiency of existing application systems and maintain records for documentation of systems development and revisions.
• Conduct analyses of organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems.
