Responsibilities

  • General Administration & Accounting duties such as inventory tracking, accounts payable, meeting minutes, and payroll.
  • Consolidate time sheets and submit daily.
  • Assist Project Managers with contract administration.
  • Assist Health and Safety department with local administration requirements.
  • Preparation of varying reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Track inventory purchases.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations.
  • Reception and phone monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma.
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands on experience with JDE would be an asset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Team orientated.
  • Compensation Data

    $56,100 - $62,000 per annum
