The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned automotive programs, from quotation through production and end-of-life. This role involves working closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Program Manager will play a critical role in the successful launch and ongoing management of programs, serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented leader capable of managing complex automotive programs in a dynamic global environment, with a strong focus on shop floor engagement during program launches.
