Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations, including coordinating the auditing of all required financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
• Assess risk along with design and communicate audit procedures to engagement teams.
• Understand and utilize RSM’s Audit Methodology.
• Manage multiple engagement teams and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff.
• Understand skillsets and capabilities of Senior Associates and Supervisors and monitor and report on performance with coaching notes.
• Supervise Audit Seniors and Supervisors on engagement teams and act as in-charge facilitating field work, monitoring productivity and adherence to work plans.
• Maintain contact with clients throughout the year to understand significant developments and their impact on the current year audit engagements.
• Develop others within the Firm through training, advising on career development, and participating in Firm initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry developments and share relevant information with clients.
• Anticipate and address client concerns and escalate issues as they arise.
• Discuss with client management opportunities to introduce other firm services where applicable.
• Develop strategies to expand external relationships to support business growth.
• Manage profitability of projects and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to Senior Managers and Partners.
• Ensure professional development through ongoing education and staying current with GAAP, GAAS, FASB / IFRS.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the year, depending on client assignments.

Compensation Range : $79,500 - $135,000; Individuals selected will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
