As our Service Appointment Coordinator, youll be the first point of contact for our valued customersscheduling service appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring every guest receives top-tier service from start to finish!

Location : 1370 Chemong Rd, Peterborough ON (Hyundai)

Compensation : $18-$20 per hour

Hours : Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm and Rotating Saturdays

What You Will Be Doing :

• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
• Follow communication scripts when handling differenttopics
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, and book appointments
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extramile
• Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensibleway
• Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitativetargets
