Location : Brossard or Gare Centrale (Downtown Montreal).

Position Type : Temporary (3 month contract), with a strong possibility of extension or permanency.

Salary : $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

You will serve as essential support personnel aboard the Light Rail Transit network (REM). The primary role is to be present in the train cars to provide information management and user orientation in the event of an unexpected incident or breakdown.

In case of a breakdown or incident : Your responsibility is to direct clients toward possible solutions and provide them with relevant, up-to-date information.

In the absence of an incident : You will be seated in the train car and remain available. You will be compensated for your presence, even when not actively intervening.

Note : This position is focused on information and guidance. It does not include the intervention or security responsibilities of security agents.

Qualifications

Requirements

Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.

Ability to communicate well and address people clearly and courteously.

Basic experience or demonstrated aptitude for public interaction.

No specific education is required.

Professionalism and punctuality.
