Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an entrepreneurial, AI driven, product minded VP of Marketing for a global leader in AI solutions for content marketing and distribution. This role will own and establish the go to market (GTM) strategy for a new AI first B2C SaaS product.
The ideal candidate has zero to one experience, having successfully launched and scaled products from the ground up. They thrive in startup and fast paced environments, are comfortable shifting priorities quickly, and can execute effectively in ambiguity. This individual brings strong opinions, a modern marketing mindset, and a deep understanding of how today’s marketing ecosystem operates with a strong bias toward AI forward thinking.

Responsibilities
•Own and define the end to end GTM strategy for a new AI B2C SaaS product
• Build and scale a product led growth (PLG) marketing engine
• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and growth strategy from zero to one
• Partner closely with Product, Creative, Growth, and Community teams
• Leverage AI to develop scalable, repeatable marketing systems

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role at a high growth SaaS company
• Proven experience launching and scaling products from the ground up
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and deep empathy for creators
• Hands on experience with influencer marketing and paid growth marketing
• Demonstrated success building and scaling organic growth channels
• Experience operating in product led growth environments, with a portfolio of successful campaigns
• Experience using AI to build scalable marketing capabilities
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and work outside of standard business hours when needed
