Regional Public Affairs Lead

Regional Public Affairs Lead Calgary or Edmonton, ABLock Search Group has partnered with a leading global MedTech company to find a talented and experienced Regional Public Affairs Lead to join their team in Calgary or Edmonton . In this critical role, reporting to the VP of Public Affairs, you will play a key part in shaping and implementing policy, market access, and government relations strategies to improve access to innovative medical technologies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement activities to influence key legislation, policy priorities, and government relations.
• Increase access through public reimbursement processes within the designated region.
• Lead and coordinate participation in political and policy legislative initiatives.
• Partner with decision-makers, policymakers, and stakeholders to support strategic planning.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the political landscape and develop reimbursement strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and develop action plans for shifting health system landscapes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize and identify key areas of work within provincial health systems.
• Liaise with regional counterparts to share learnings and strategies.
• Work cross-functionally to advance key priorities.
• Drive data acquisition and Health Economics modeling.
• Participate in stakeholder committees to shape and plan health systems.
