Job Description

Our client, a reputable electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their growing team in a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the delivery of commercial electrical projects from start to finish.

This is an on-site position, located in Ottawa, ON. Responsibilities :

• Coordinate projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Manage documentation including RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, and closeouts
• Support procurement by evaluating vendor quotes and managing material deliveries
• Track job site progress and ensure project compliance with contract specs
• Use AutoCAD and BIM tools to assist with design layouts and as-built documentation
• Maintain accurate project records and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
