The Opportunity

This is a hands-on Controller role with full ownership of the accounting function. You’ll be the go-to finance leader, working closely with the President & COO and supporting a Board made up largely of non-financial, operational leaders .

The goal of this hire is simple and important :

Stabilize, modernize, and strengthen the finance function so leadership can focus on the mission.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

Core Accounting & Payroll

• Own full-cycle accounting : AP, AR, general ledger, payroll
• Lead the month-end and year-end close with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure clean reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules

Controls, Audit & Compliance

Systems & Process Improvement
