What We’re Looking For

Availability for 40–50 hours per week

Flexibility to work weekends when needed, depending on the weather

A coachable attitude and openness to feedback and skill development

Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Strong motivation to work hard and earn performance-based income

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 / hour

Top performers can earn $28–$30 / hour

No previous painting experience required.

Full training is provided.
