Elder Care Provider

I am living alone and have post polio. I also recently came down with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). I am now bedridden and

adapting to wheelchair mobility.

I need someone for a couple of hours a day to cook a meal (I only eat once a day and do light housekeeping duties.
