Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Community and Social Media Manager to help shape and scale the public presence of an AI first B2C SaaS platform for a global leader in AI solutions for content marketing and distribution. The ideal candidate has deep hands on experience across social platforms, a strong pulse on the AI landscape, and the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives. While social execution is critical, the community component of this role is essential - we are looking for someone who knows how to build, nurture, and scale engaged communities, collaborate with creators and influencers, and turn users into advocates. This individual must be deeply plugged into what’s happening in AI right now and able to reflect that knowledge authentically across community and social channels.

Responsibilities
•Own and execute social media strategy across key platforms
• Build, manage, and grow high engagement communities (, Discord, Circle, or similar platforms)
• Translate complex AI and product concepts into clear, engaging stories
• Engage directly with users, creators, and influencers across social and community channels
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to align messaging
• Stay current on AI trends and conversations, and ensure the brand remains relevant and credible

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, community management, or digital communications
• Deep understanding of the current Generative AI landscape
• Proven success building or managing a significant online community (Discord, Circle, or similar)
• Strong storytelling skills and comfort explaining complex products in accessible ways

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Existing relationships with key voices in entertainment, music, or tech
• Experience using Canva, Figma, or CapCut
• Personal creator projects or side hustles that demonstrate hands on creator empathy

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
