What are your contributions to the team?

• Design and implement generative AI agents using large language models (LLMs).
• Develop agentic workflows where AI agents collaborate seamlessly across business processes.
• Leverage state-of-the-art LLMs to create custom generative AI solutions tailored to business needs.
• Optimize AI agents for performance, reliability, and scalability within enterprise environments.
• Build and integrate ontologies and knowledge graphs into AI workflows to enhance data organization, retrieval, and reasoning.
• Apply semantic technologies to enable AI agents to operate within structured business contexts.
• Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and application developers to integrate AI agents into end-to-end solutions.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Semantic Kernel to enable seamless AI collaboration across workflows.
• Stay updated on advancements in generative AI, multi-agent systems, and related technologies.
• Explore innovative techniques and tools to improve AI agent capabilities and performance.
• Document AI agent development processes, workflows, and integration strategies.
• Share insights and best practices with team members and stakeholders.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field. A PhD is a strong asset.
• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
• You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Semantic Kernel or similar tools is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and their optimization for enterprise use cases
• Working knowledge of ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI tools, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated passion for staying ahead of industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to complex problems.
• A keen interest in advancing the state of the art in generative AI and AI agent development.
