Full-Time | Ingersoll, ON
We are hiring a Level 2 NDT Technician with a Valid CGSB/ISO MT2 & UT1 certification. The successful candidate will perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on inspection role focused on accuracy, compliance, and product quality.
Perform UT and MT inspections to CGSB/ISO or NAS410 standards
Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment
Interpret results and determine accept/reject criteria
Complete inspection reports and maintain documentation
Perform system performance checks
Mentor Level 1 technicians and trainees
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Education / Certification
2-year Engineering Technology diploma
OR
Valid CGSB/ISO MT2 & UT1 certification
MT2 & UT2 under NAS410
Documented experience aligned with certification level
Must meet Written Practice requirements
Strong understanding of UT and MT methods
Ability to read and interpret technical standards
High attention to detail
Strong documentation accuracy
Able to work independently and within a team
Comfortable working around noise, chemicals, and heavy equipment
