This is an excellent opportunity to lead full-cycle plant and warehouse operations, streamline supply chain functions, and foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary

The Plant & Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of a  manufacturing and warehouse facility , including production, inventory, distribution, staffing, maintenance, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with strong expertise in both plant operations and warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the plant and warehouse, including production, procurement, scheduling, inventory, storage, and dispatch
• Align warehouse and supply chain strategies with production goals to ensure operational efficiency and on-time fulfillment
• Supervise and mentor a cross-functional team of supervisors, technicians, warehouse staff, and production employees
• Monitor and analyze KPIs across plant and warehouse to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance throughput
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations across both plant and warehouse
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Identify and implement process improvements in production workflows and warehouse operations
• Oversee supplier relationships, inbound / outbound logistics, and inventory control
• Develop training and development programs to build a strong, high-performing team
