Your Mission: · Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue potential partners within assigned regions through outbound calls, networking, events, and online research.· Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong connections with clinic owners, medical professionals, and key decision-makers.· Consultative Selling: Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover business goals and align SharpLight's technologies with client needs.· Product Expertise: Master SharpLight's system portfolio—understanding clinical applications, revenue potential, and ROI models—to clearly articulate our value proposition.· Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools to manage leads, forecast opportunities, and track progress.· Collaboration: Work closely with your Territory Manager and sales leadership to coordinate discovery meetings, demos, and close opportunities.· Partner Growth: Support existing SharpLight partners by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your defined territory.· Market Intelligence: Stay on top of competitive activity, pricing trends, and market shifts in the medical aesthetics industry.· Reporting: Provide timely CRM updates, meeting feedback, and business development metrics to sales leadership.· Professional Development: Continue building product and industry knowledge by attending SharpLight training sessions, workshops, and events.The Superstar We're Looking ForYou are a motivated, bilingual go-getter with a "hunter" mentality—driven by relationships, results, and revenue growth.
