Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members with proven project management experience of large-scale IT projects, with a specific focus on major implementations, replacements, or consolidation of Clinical Information Systems in the Healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years demonstrated experience in project management of large-scale IT projects, with a specific focus on major implementations, replacements, or consolidation of Clinical Information Systems in the Healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated experience planning and overseeing major healthcare technology-related projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and according to the agreed scope of delivery. Focus on work with health information systems, healthcare operations, technology and/or software implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise employing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices – including leading projects through the full lifecycle using adaptive (agile) and predictive (waterfall) modes.
• Demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter and technical experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience leading large transformational projects (over 2 years in duration) requiring the consolidation of multiple applications and tools.
• Demonstrated experience working within New Brunswick's technology or healthcare environments showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) in the work environment.
