As a Marketing & Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in Symetris day-to-day operations. You will help coordinate our marketing initiatives and provide administrative support to various departments, working closely with leadership through clear processes and well-established tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination (2 to 3 days/week)
- Manage the publishing calendar and contribute to content creation (website, social media, newsletter)
- Edit videos and podcasts (using Riverside)
- Contribute to writing, publishing, and formatting content (articles, videos, podcasts)
- Coordinate the newsletter distribution (via HubSpot)
- Suggest relevant guests and schedule podcast recordings
- Coordinate external collaborators (writers, designers, developers, etc.)
- Support event logistics (travel, equipment, booths, materials, etc.)
- Manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, nurture flows, lead scoring, landing pages, etc.)
- Contribute to market research/analysis and support certain sales initiatives (e.g., RFPs)
Administration Coordination (1 to 2 days/week)
- Support the monthly client billing cycle according to internal processes
- Help weekly follow-up of accounts payable/receivable and related documentation
- Support internal event organization (logistics, bookings, orders)
- Provide occasional administrative support to the office and teams
Profile
- Experience in a similar role combining administration and coordination (marketing and/or administration experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Autonomous, reliable, and sound judgment
- Comfortable with technology tools (Google Workspace, collaboration tools; QuickBooks is an asset)
- Strong written and spoken French and English
ASSETS
- Experience using AI tools for content creation/editing
- Interest in technology and automation tools (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM

En tant que Coordonnateur.trice Marketing & Administration, vous jouerez un rle cl dans les oprations quotidiennes de Symetris. Vous contribuerez la coordination de nos initiatives marketing et assurerez un soutien administratif diffrents dpartements, en collaboration avec la direction, selon des processus clairs et des outils bien tablis.
Rles et responsabilits
Coordo marketing (2 3 jours / semaine)
- Grer le calendrier de publication et contribuer la cration de contenu (web, mdias sociaux, infolettre)
- Assurer ldition de vidos et de podcasts (avec loutil Riverside)
- Contribuer la rdaction, publier et mettre en forme des contenus (articles, vidos, podcasts)
- Coordonner lenvoi de linfolettre (avec Hubspot)
- Proposer des intervenants pertinents et planifier lenregistrement de podcast
- Coordonner des collaborateurs externes (rdacteurs, designers, dveloppeurs, etc.)
- Soutenir lorganisation logistique dvnements (dplacements, matriel, kiosques, etc.)
- Grer les outils d'automatisation du marketing (Hubspot, flux de maturation, lead scoring, landing pages, etc.)
- Contribuer la recherche / analyse de march et certaines initiatives ventes (ex. RFP)
Coordo administration (1 2 jours / semaine)
- Soutenir le cycle de facturation mensuelle des clients et assurer le suivi des paiements selon les processus internes
- Aider au suivi hebdomadaire des comptes payables/recevables et de la documentation associe
- Soutenir lorganisation dvnements internes (logistique, rservation, commandes)
- Assurer un soutien administratif ponctuel au bureau et aux quipes
Profil recherch
- Exprience dans un rle similaire combinant administration / coordination (marketing et/ou administration: un atout important)
- Excellente organisation, capacit grer plusieurs dossiers en parallle et tablir des priorits
- Grande rigueur, souci du dtail et respect de la confidentialit
- Autonomie, fiabilit et bon jugement
- Aisance avec les outils technologiques (suite Google, outils collaboratifs; QuickBooks un atout)
- Bonne matrise du franais et de langlais, lcrit comme loral
ATOUT
- Exprience avec des outils dIA pour la cration/dition de contenus
- Intrt pour la technologie et les outils dautomatisation (HubSpot ou quivalent)
- Connaissances SEO/SEM
