What You'll Do

Work directly with our founder on growth strategy and execution

Improve and scale outbound sales operations (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

Optimize inbound channels including landing pages, demos, and follow-ups

Help build and manage LTV AI's LinkedIn and Twitter presence

Source and test new growth channels and automation tools

Track and report on campaign performance across multiple touchpoints

What we're looking for (ideally)

Previous startup experience (as a founder or contributor)

Strong interest in SaaS, startups, and B2B marketing

A self-starter mentality with bias toward action and learning

Some experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, etc.) or willingness to learn

Clear written communication and confidence working in public (social posts, short-form content)

Comfort operating in ambiguity - you’ll help shape the playbook, not just run it

Compensation

Depends a lot on the person but we compensate A players well

Potential for full-time conversion if you're amazing
