Job Profile

As a construction estimator at VCM, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for estimating take-offs, which involves quantifying all the materials, labor, and equipment needed to complete a construction project based on the project plans and specifications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our projects.

What You Will Do :

• Determine project scope of work and complete project estimates using designated estimating software.
• Break down bid documents to delineate the full scope of work for VCM, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with the estimating team and operational staff to develop thorough estimates.
• Analyze design criteria and identify and develop constructability requirements.
