The Opportunity

Audit & Compliance:

• Conduct independent audits of sports regional and ILC draws as well as on-site auditing for Mega 360 spins to ensure compliance with game rules corporate policies and control standards.
• Review and verify draw documentation calculations and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Risk & Control:

• Identify and assess risk exposures; recommend improvements to draw processes and control systems.
• Provide expert input on system testing and compliance during game development and user acceptance testing.

System & Process Management:

• Maintain expertise in Game Management and Independent Control Systems; support testing and troubleshooting.
• Update process documentation and ensure timely reporting of audit results.

Special Projects:

• Audit promotional contest draws with prize values over $1000.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives.

Training & Development:

• Complete mandatory corporate training and stay current with industry standards.

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Accounting or a related field (required).
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in auditing compliance or risk management (required).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with auditing tools and systems.
• Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
• Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
