Position Overview

As the Supervisor of the Member Service Department in the Fernie or Castlegar Branch :

• You will manage the day-to-day operation of the member sales and service area
• Youll supervise and provide daily direction to member sales and service staff to provide quality member relationship services promote growth and to help members achieve and maintain their financial health.
• You will also recruit orient and train team members.

Compensation : We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package including but not limited to participation in extended benefits and pension programs health and wellness programs and a competitive vacation entitlement.

Annual salary commensurate to education and experience.

Current annual salary range : $62659.00 - $78323.00
