Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the collection of traffic and engineering data.
Assist with field reviews and preparing basic reports.
Provide file system support using the TOMRMS file management system. Organize, input and scan engineering files and documents.
Other Departmental duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be a registered full-time post-secondary student during the preceding academic year and be returning to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Civil Engineering background would be an asset.

Valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle.

Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel would be an asset.

Excellent data entry and accuracy skills.

Criminal Records Check with that is less than six (6) months old at time of hire.

POSITION DETAILS

Anticipated length : May - August

Salary Grade Union Non Union
