Responsibilities of a Freight Broker (Operating) Agent :

Prospect for new customers.

Source carriers and providers for your customers.

Book your customers' shipments in our Transportation Management System (TMS), track deliveries, and ensure carriers provide Proof of Delivery (POD).

Maintain strong relationships with customers.

Collect commissions.
