Job descriptionExperience with accounts payable & receivable processing and office administration. Friendly telephone manner and customer service skills. Able to learn quickly and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel. Thrives in a fast paced environment, working with multiple priorities and deadlines; must have strong organizational skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Not afraid to ask questions.

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a candidate seeking accounting / administrative work for the long term. In this fast-paced office, your responsibilities will include :
- Provide accounts payable & receivable processing.
- Word processing, spreadsheets and administrative support to the Manager.
- Reception / telephone support; respond to enquiries, relay messages and coordinate courier / mail.
