Summary

We are seeking a Rental Manager / Marketer to join our dynamic team at Niradia Group of Companies in Canada. This role will lease out and market vacant suites.

Key Responsibilities

Handle leasing and rental properties, including advertising, and some marketing.

Requirements and Qualifications

Ideal candidate would have knowledge of rentals / leasing units

Negotiate lease / contracts for new tenants

Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants

Excellent communication and written skills

Ability to work independently

Must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
