Our BC municipality client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead a comprehensive review of their asset management application and provide actionable fit / gap recommendations to optimize the current implementation.

Must Have :

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong experience leading fit / gap analysis and application reviews
• Hands-on experience with Cityworks or similar asset management / EAM systems
• Proven experience working with municipal or public sector clients
• Solid project coordination experience (planning, tracking, stakeholder alignment)
• Excellent documentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead discovery with minimal oversight
