6 years of ServiceNow development experience (ITOM / CMDB focus).

Handson with Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB.

Deep knowledge of CMDB design CI relationships reconciliation / normalization; strong CSDM and lifecycle / governance.

Strong scripting : JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer.

MID Server configuration and troubleshooting experience.

Integration experience using REST / SOAP / APIs; cloud integration with AWS / Azure / GCP.

NicetoHave : ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).

NicetoHave : ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer).

NicetoHave : ServiceNow CIS ITOM Discovery / CMDB. (Preferred)
