Our client is seeking a DevSecOps Cloud Systems Engineer to work with a team of distributed DevOps engineers (North America and EU) in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

About you:

The successful candidate will design, implement, document, automate and deliver secure enterprise SaaS and on-prem solutions with consideration of industry standards and best practices.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Release engineering, infrastructure provisioning and management, system administration, configuration management and security,
• Reducing service outages and alert noise, improving monitoring, and helping our services reach Service Level objectives
• Maintaining current knowledge of containers and container orchestration, continuous integration and continuous deployment, experience in automation, coding and scripting
• Automating deployments, monitoring of performance and stability, in a cloud environment
• Migrating on-prem to Azure hosted, single-tenant to multi-tenant, stateful to stateless and securing containerized applications
• Assessing requirements to ensure software deliverables remain secure, reliable, scalable and cost-effective

Job Requirements:

You master these skills and have the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Progressive experience with cloud and elastic computing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration skills
• Software development background
• Proven experience with Linux and Windows system administration, networking administration, configuration and troubleshooting, ideally in a cloud environment
• Project management tools: Agile / SCRUM / Kanban / Atlassian Confluence & Jira
• Operating Systems: Windows / Linux
• Java, .Net, Rest API Applications
• Cloud Native software architecture
• NGINX, Web Application Firewall, OWASP, Zero trust
• DevOps / NoOps mindset
• Azure DevOps / Jenkins / Ansible / Terraform / Kubernetes / Docker
• Public clouds: Azure (Primary) / Amazon (Secondary)
• Observability, APM, SLAs
• Office 365 / AzureAD / Single Sign On
• CI/CD Automation / Infrastructure As Code, such as, Terraform
• Microsoft SQL / PowerBI / ElasticSearch Kibana / Postgre SQL
