We are currently looking for several candidates as structural steel welders. At Benson Steel teamwork is everything. From client relationships to employees, sub trades and suppliers. Key Responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of a Welder include, but are not limited to :

• Perform welding operations using FCAW / MIG welding process.
• Recognize and read welding symbols for welding.
• Ability to fully operate, maintain and understand the welding machines as an operator.
• Operate Basic Hand Tools and Powered Hand Tools. i.e., Drills, Disc Grinders etc.
• Apply safe methods of hoisting and rigging to safely move steel within the fabrication plant.
• Perform work safely and follow established work procedures.
• Perform General Tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
• Supports the Quality and Safety Programs.
