Job Description As the successful candidate, you will begin working in the Trail office where you will be responsible for the detailed design of varying types of projects constructed with reinforced concrete, structural steel, timber, and masonry. Duties include analysis and calculations, interpretation of codes, preparation of drawings with technicians, and preparation of specifications. You will also perform civil / structural assessments, inspections and field reviews, prepare reports and estimates, and coordinate the activities of other team members to ensure projects are completed within allotted schedules and budgets. Additionally, you will ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and work directly with our clients, continuing to build strong relationships with them. Many projects involve working on facilities that can be 100+ years old allowing you to take a deep dive into the engineering history of the area! What We Offer
Annual base salary : $70,000–$82,000, determined by factors such as education and prior work experience.
Paid vacation, sick leave, and the option to bank time.
Long-term hiring, not project-based employment.
