Job Description : As Legal Counsel / General Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal advice to a corporation, ensuring all business activities are compliant with legal standards. You will oversee legal operations, manage external counsel, and address a wide range of legal matters, from contracts to regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings involving the company.
• Oversee the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with senior management to identify and mitigate legal risks.
