Job description

Integrated Staffing is currently hiring A Project Manager Assistant for a Client in Gander, NL. This is a 1-year mat leave role with the possibility of becoming a permanent placement thereafter within the company. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment. Job Duties

  • Communicate with Customers, management and insurance adjusters
  • Assist project manager with full cycle of assigned projects from onset to receipt of payment
  • Upload documentation to CRM
  • Customer interaction assistance
  • Invoicing
  • Prepare or edit internal scopes of work. estimates, budgets, faxes, letters, emails
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Report to project manager for all needs

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years office-based experience
  • Working knowledge of office suite products
  • Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
  • willing to work nights or weekends if requested
  • periodic travel may be required
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
