Salary range: $90000 - $105000

Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills experience and internal equity.

Hours per week: 37.5

Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year

SAIT is looking for a Finance Transformation Specialist to join our Finance Department!

The Specialist advances financial operations by leading strategic projects driving continuous improvement and championing change across teams. The position partners closely with Finance Technology and business stakeholders to modernize processes optimize systems and enhance data-driven decision-making.

The Specialist leads cross-functional initiatives applying strong project management discipline process design expertise and thoughtful change management to ensure successful adoption and sustained improvements. This role also serves as a change agent for AI literacy and adoption within the Finance Department.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about innovation in finance enjoys solving complex business challenges and excels at bringing people processes and technology together to deliver meaningful transformation.
