Job Description
What you’re responsible for:
- Analyze client needs and develop project design plans
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and obtain required approvals
- Manage and track material orders
- Coordinate project planning and execution with internal teams
- Ensure rigorous control of costs, budgets, and schedules
- Act as the primary point of contact for professionals and consultants
- Conduct site visits as needed and monitor progress
- Communicate regular updates to stakeholders
- Adjust plans based on changes during the project
- Prepare project progress and performance reports
- Conduct safety audits (pre/post-project or as needed)
- Advise internal clients on safety systems during site visits
Qualifications
To join our team:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
- Inspiring leadership and strong influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), bilingual in French and English
- Strong team player and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized
- Experience in budget management and forecasting (trend analysis an asset)
- PMP certification (an asset)
