The Divert Program Coordinator supports the Divert Manager in delivering the Divert furniture decommissioning program for Teknion. The Program offers Teknions clients a comprehensive solution to keep their used furniture out of landfill by finding opportunities to reuse resell donate or recycle their assets. The Coordinator will work closely with the manager to present assess and quote opportunities as well as working with program partners to deliver projects invoice and report results to clients. Additionally the coordinator will be responsible for project tracking managing data developing internal and external reports including financial reporting for the program. The coordinator should be comfortable having environmental conversations with customers with a curiosity to learn how the program impacts both Teknion and our customers. Concepts like circular economy carbon accounting SBTI and lifecycle management will be part of daily conversations internally and with customers.
What will you be responsible for in this role
Administrative help to support Divert Program Manager to create project quote proposals order processing reporting invoice preparation meeting minutes and project tracking.
Conduct monthly P&Ls.
Comfortable communicating with clients and collaborating internally to move projects forward.
