Join our dynamic team as a CTF Coach, where you'll be instrumental in developing cybersecurity talent and enhancing our competitive performance. This role focuses on guiding participants through challenging scenarios and fostering a strong learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Practice Facilitation : Create and lead regular team training sessions, workshops, and practice scenarios, often utilizing virtual labs or specialized platforms (e.g., Cyber Ranges) using tools like Proxmox, Python, Docker and CTFd.
• Challenge Development : Design, develop, and implement custom CTF challenges, including Jeopardy-style puzzles (cryptography, web exploitation, forensics) or Attack-Defense scenarios.
• Strategic Planning : Develop training plans, select competitions for participation, and set goals for team performance.
• Administration & Logistics : Manage scheduling, coordinate team members, maintain communication on platforms (Discord, Teams), and ensure other teams are consulted if required.
